Make Something Sundays Family Program: Patchwork Banners

2 November, 2:00-4:00 pm Patchwork Banners Cut bold shapes from the incredible stash of patterned fabrics and collage them onto a soft paper banner.

Make Something Sunday is a monthly program that introduces new materials and ways of making art through informal hands-on workshops for kids 12 and under and their grownups. Drop-in for half an hour or stay for two. No booking required. This program is offered free of charge.

Complementing Make Something Sunday is Play Atelier, a pop-up space that extends opportunities for families to engage in open-ended, sensory and creative play. At the heart of the Play Atelier is a light cube that functions as a stage for experiments with colour and light. Various changing materials offer new and unexpected avenues for playful exploration.
