On today’s show, the Sackville Food Bank is gearing up to open a new thrift store in downtown Sackville, which will carry furniture and household items, among other things. We speak with new food bank president Kelli Taylor and logistics manager Heather Patterson at 18 Lorne Street, where Second Chances thrift store is due to open on August 1.

- NB Power has announced it will lease property in Centre Village, just off route 940 near Midgic, to a company who will build a natural gas power generation plant to open in 2028. Online information sessions about the project will take place next week on July 21 and 22.
