Attic Broadcasting, the governing body of CHMA, is inviting you to attend our yearly Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 27 at 7pm. This year we will be meeting both online and in-person.

If you are joining us in-person, we would be meeting here at the CHMA HQ, on the 3rd floor of Wallace mcCain Student Centre.
Our by laws, with the complete roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, are available here, and on www.chmafm.com in the “About” section. As outlined in our governing by-laws, the various roles of President, Vice- President, Secretary and Treasurer will be determined at the proceeding.
Reminder: The AGM is free and open to everyone! However, only CHMA members are eligible to vote for the Board of Directors.
ALL ACTIVE CHMA MEMBERS, STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE AGM.
