Everyone Writes Differently Workshop

Join fantasy author Maika Branch in a creative writing workshop for ages 8+. Learn the basics of story structure, writing with your senses, finding inspiration, and much more! Challenge yourself with writing prompts and exercises, share your own work, and meet other young writers.
Participants are welcome to bring their preferred writing tools, such as paper, pencils, or journals (extra materials will be provided). Young writers also can bring a short piece of their own writing to practice receiving and giving constructive feedback. This is a supportive and low-stakes workshop! All experience levels are welcome.
The workshop will be on July 18th at 10:00 AM. Registration is free and can be done through the Festival by the Marsh website www.festivalbythemarsh.com.
