SUMMARY:Game Ready Training Program
DESCRIPTION:Want to be stronger on the ice\, field\, or court this season? Game Ready Training helps youth build athletic skills\, improve fitness\, and gain confidence in a fun\, supportive environment. Through high-energy activities\, participants will work on running\, strength\, coordination\, and sport skills that translate across all sports. \n\n\n\nThis program is aimed for youth ages 10-16 who want to train\, improve their sports skills\, or just get outside this summer season. It will be taking place on every Monday from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Bill Johnstone Memorial Park. \n\n\n\nRegistration is required. DESCRIPTION:Join the Municipality of Tantramar and the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick on a Walk and Talk around Waterfowl Park every Tuesday from 9:30 AM -10:30 AM\, starting on June 2nd.  \n\n\n\nWalk and Talk is a fun and engaging program that combines physical activity and mental stimulation in a social environment.
