SUMMARY:Monthly Block Printing Workshops
DESCRIPTION:Get ready to roll up your sleeves and make your mark — literally! In this hands-on workshop\, you’ll create your own original design or choose from a selection of fun\, simple shapes. From there\, you’ll learn how to transfer your image onto a rubber block\, carve it out\, and print it onto paper. \n\n\n\nAll skill levels are invited and the workshop is designed for ages 10 and up. This workshop takes place on the first Saturday of every month\, with the first workshop being June 6th. They take place from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 131 B Main Street\, Sackville. Spaces are limited to 6 participants and registration is $80 per person. To register\, you can email info@artwithwren.ca or check out their website\, ArtWithWren.ca and complete the “reserve your spot” Google form.

DESCRIPTION:Regular Council Meetings \n\n\n\nThe Regular Monthly Council Meeting occurs on the second Tuesday of the month with a 7:00 p.m. start time in the Municipal Office Council Chambers at 31C Main Street. The Regular meeting is also a public meeting and is the opportunity for Council to conduct their business. \n\n\n\nRegular Council meetings are also open to the public to make a presentation to Council. Interested individuals / groups are asked to submit a written request to the Clerk’s Office no later than 7 calendar days prior to the meeting date in order to be confirmed for a five (5) minute presentation at an upcoming agenda subject to availability. Tantramar will make every effort possible to accommodate requests in a timely manner. \n\n\n\nMembers of the Public wishing to address Council with no previous registration may register with the Clerk’s Office prior to the agenda approval of a Regular Council Meeting for a two (2) minute presentation.
