Legendary maritime bluegrass show started in 1977, Wilson has been recognized five times as Broadcaster of the Year by the Downeast Bluegrass and Old Time Music Society and was made a life member of the Society in 1987. He holds the accreditation of “Master” of the Eastern Canada Bluegrass Music Awards in the category for radio/TV DJ and has received eight special certificates for service in that category.
