And that is coursework, that&#8217;s experiential learning, and it is woven into the curriculum.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration and partnership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gamm is quick to acknowledge how many hands it took to make the program work\u2014 from leaders in Indigenous education to teachers, faculty, students and the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It also involved a very close partnership with the Anglophone East School District (ASD-E), he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;\u200aThat has been absolutely essential for us to develop a successful program and we would not be here today without the support of ASD-East . . . For that, the district needs to ensure opportunities and support exist for graduates when they begin their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;\u200aPart of it&#8217;s creating opportunity and knowledge base.
