The vaccine criteria has been updated. Those 75 and older can book an appointment at either a pharmacy or a Horizon Health or Vitalit\u00e9 Clinic. Workers who regularly cross the border can make an appointment with a pharmacy by phone. First responders, people with complex medical conditions, and those 40 and older with three or more chronic conditions can make an appointment at a Horizon Health or Vitalit\u00e9 clinic. You can make an appointment at a clinic online or by calling 1-833-437-1424. Do not call and make an appointment unless you are in the current identified priority group or are calling on someone\u2019s behalf, you won\u2019t be able to get the vaccine.
