The chiefs also assigned grades to each answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The New Democrats, Liberals and Greens all scored an average grade of A minus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kingsclear Chief Gabriel Atwin said in a statement there was, \u201cdefinitely common ground if any of these three parties form government, or even play a role in another minority.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both the Progressive Conservative party and the People\u2019s Alliance declined to respond to the policy survey, and so received a failing grade from the six Wolastoqey chiefs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Madawaska Chief Patricia Bernard said it was \u201cextremely discouraging\u201d to have the &#8220;governing coalition\u201d from the past two years decline to participate.
