Thanks to the additional staff, the Drew is now operating at full capacity, after many years with empty beds.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We talk with Drew director Linda Shannon, Thrive NB co-founder Carol Chapman, and Charie May Ili, a registered nurse from the Philippines who came to Sackville in November 2024 to work at the Drew. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>A note from Erica:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This is my final edition of Tantramar Report, as my time at CHMA winds to a close today.
