The proposal comes from John Lafford, who is hoping to build a six-storey building at the rear of 131 Main Street. Plus in briefs: EOS Eco-Energy gears up for an annual general meeting on Wednesday, and why NB Health Link patients are being taken of the Patient Connect NB list.
