
BAM Radio is a weekly radio show celebrating Black Atlantic musicians and the growing sound of Atlantic Canadaβs Black music scene. Hosted by Clinton Davis, the program features curated playlists highlighting artists across hip hop, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, Afro-Caribbean sounds, spoken word, and genre-blending music from across the region.
Broadcasting from CHMA 106.9 FM on the Mount Allison University campus in Sackville, New Brunswick, BAM Radio also airs through partner community stations in Saint John, Fredericton, Halifax, and St. Johnβs. Together, these stations help bring Black Atlantic music to listeners across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland.
Each episode is built around discovery, representation, and connection. BAM Radio gives emerging and established artists a platform to be heard, while helping listeners find new music rooted in Atlantic Canadaβs diverse communities.
