Mount Allison University is preparing for Convocation weekend, with students, families, alumni, and visitors expected to gather in Sackville over the coming days.
The university’s official Convocation ceremony is scheduled for Monday, May 11, but activities begin Friday and continue throughout the weekend.
Events connected to Convocation weekend include alumni reunions, student celebrations, performances, social gatherings, and community events spread across campus.
The weekend is traditionally one of the busiest periods of the year for Sackville-area businesses, with increased traffic at restaurants, accommodations, and local shops as visitors travel to the region.
