Bad Words for a Good Cause coming to Sackville

Ducky’s Pub will be the place to laugh and give back to the community on the night of Saturday, May 30.

Four of New Brunswick’s top stand-up comedians will take the stage that night to support the Sackville Food Bank as part of the Bad Words for a Good Cause show, including recently-announced special guest comedy queen Michelle Lynn Petite. Petite has opened for some of the biggest names in Canadian comedy.

Also performing will be Saint John comedian Cive Lucas, founder of Bad Words for a Good Cause, high-energy Moncton comic and producer Matt White, and Moncton-born storyteller David Hadaad, who has honed his comedy at Ottawa’s Yuk Yuk’s.

Advance tickets are available at Jump Comedy or visit the Bad Words for a Good Cause Facebook page. Five dollars from every ticket sold goes to the Sackville Food Bank. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. Showtime is at 7:30 pm.
