A 53-year-old woman from Memramcook has died following a single all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crash in Memramcook.
On September 11, members of the Sackville RCMP detachment responded at approximately 10 pm to a report of an ATV crash on Saint-Thomas Road in Memramcook.
The crash is believed to have occurred when the driver lost control of the vehicle, entered into the ditch, and the ATV fell onto its side. The passenger of the ATV, a 53-year-old woman, was ejected from the ATV and died at the scene as a result of her injuries. The driver was not injured.
Members of the Memramcook Fire Department, Ambulance New Brunswick, and a member from the coroner’s office, also attended the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
