P-E-I Premier Rob Lantz says he will stay on as Progressive Conservative leader until the party selects someone else.

He says the province needs someone focused on the day-to-day job of governing, with a seat at the national table, delivering on the priorities of Islanders, and he is committed to doing just that.
The P-E-I P-C party has not given a date for their leadership convention.
