You’ll first need an account created with a username and a password.

Select username & password login and enter your creditals.
Once you’re in you’ll be in a typical WordPress environment. Menu items to various areas of our site are located along the left-hand side. There are also options along the top menu. To view all posts, just go to the Posts area and you’ll see a chronological list of the all posts. You can search by any text, category or date.
To add a new post you can select “+ New” then “Post” located in the top menu.
You’ll then be taken to a new page. This is the default text editor for wordpress. It’s important to note that new elements, such as images, audio, shortcode or anything else will be added in blocks by selecting the “+” button on the right side of the paragraphs, or in the top left corner.
Along the top right, you’ll find the menu button that looks like a square with a rectangle side on the right. It opens the post and block settings. Select “Post” and scroll down to find the Categories section. Select the correct Categories where the post will be seen. You can select as many categories as needed.
You’ll also find the Feature Image in this section. Upload the Feature Image that accompanies the Post. As a general rule, square images work best throughout our site and for sharing on social media. 1080 x 1080 px is a good resolution.
You can also save as a Draft mode and continue to work on it as needed.
You can also Preview to see what you article will look like on the website. Find the square-with-an-arrow icon in the top right corner, next to Update.
Once you’re satisfied, press “Publish” (or “Update,” if you’re saved a draft).
There’s no need to sign your article. If you’ve logged in with your own account your profile name is automatically attributed to the article.
